1 banana

¼ cup Cashew nuts
Add Ice and cold water.

Chocolate Coconut Moringa smoothie:
¼ cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon raw coco powder
3 – 4 dates
1 banana
1 teaspoon Moringa
Blend well with ice and cold water
