Inbody Analysis

The Inbody Analysis will provide you with the tools to measure:

  • Fat and muscle components at 5 different body sites
  • Basal metabolic rate
  • Graphs that show changes in different body components with follow-up measurements
  • Get the result sheets that can be printed and kept on record.

Do an Inbody analysis at the start of a new exercise regimen and then at certain intervals as determined by yourself and your Personal Trainer (e.g. after 3 months, 6 months).

Special

Gather a minimum of 3 trainees and receive an Inbody analysis at your desired location.
